    No. AI prepares, the team decides. We always work with human review: the system removes the repetitive work so people can spend their time on the creative and strategic side.

    Yes. The copilot is private and only accesses the information the club chooses to share. We don’t use your data to train public models, and we set access permissions and protocols together.

    Every project is bespoke. As a guide, a custom agent costs €3,000–8,000 to set up + €500–1,500/month maintenance; 4-phase implementation and training are quoted by scope and group size. After the assessment we send you a fixed proposal.
